Terms & Conditions: The session fees covers the photographer's time and talent, detailed editing of an online gallery of images. Prints, products, and digital files are sold separately. Session fees are due prior to the session and are not refundable. Session fees may be transferred to a rescheduled session. By ticking this box, you are indicating that you have read my price list and are familiar with my pricing structure PRIOR to making a booking. Please note that there is a $495 minimum order (not including the session fee) required for half sessions, a $1295 minimum order (not including the session fee) required for full sessions, and a $1495 minimum order (not including the session fee) required for maternity/newborn combinations sessions. Erin Elizabeth Photography pricing is non-negotiable and subject to change at any time, but is guaranteed once your session fee has been paid. Newborn sessions take place at my Mullaloo studio on weekday mornings. Outdoor family and maternity sessions take place on weekday evenings at Mullaloo beach, around 35-45 minutes prior to sunset. Outdoor sessions can be arranged on a weekend for an additional $100 weekend surcharge (not available for newborn sessions). Your online gallery will be available within 14 days of your session. Once the gallery is active, you have 3 days to place and pay for your order. All orders must be placed during that time. Reproduction of images without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement. Outside cameras are strictly prohibited at portrait sessions. Erin Elizabeth Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images, and has the right to make reproductions for commercial use and promotional purposes. The photographer is released from all claims and liability relating to these images. I hereby agree to the above terms and conditions.
